Baku Travel Partner, a private guide service operating in Baku, Azerbaijan. You can reach us on +994 50 410 56 70, by phone or on WhatsApp.

What the website itself collects

Nothing. There is no contact form, no account, no newsletter and no payment page on this site. Every button here either opens WhatsApp or dials our phone number.

Cookies

WordPress and the language plugin may store a small technical cookie that remembers which language version you opened. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies.

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps standard access logs, including your IP address, browser and the page you requested. They exist for security and troubleshooting and are not used to profile you.

What we receive when you write to us

When you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we see your phone number, the name shown on your profile, and whatever you tell us about your trip. That conversation lives inside WhatsApp and is governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and encryption, not by this website.

We use what you tell us only to arrange your booking, including passing the necessary details to the guide, driver or hotel involved in it. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone outside your booking.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages and booking details for as long as they are useful for your trip and for our own records.

Your rights

Write to us on the number above and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will answer in the same chat.
